A very convenient West London location. Road communications are served by the M4 (for the West End of London, Heathrow Airport and the National Motorway Network via the M25). There is a Mainline station at Southall (about 1 mile) and Underground (Piccadilly Line) at Osterley (about 1 and a half miles).

For shops, entertainment and town centre amenities, Ealing Broadway, Chiswick and Twickenham are all within easy reach.

Friar's Lawn is a classic Georgian residence of historic local importance. Each owner has carried on the efforts of each preceeding generation to preserve and cherish the priceless character and grace of Friar's Lawn. Whether looking South over Norwood Green, or to the rear over the landscaped grounds, all the large Georgian windows afford glorious views.

The Grade II listing has ensured the retention of a wealth of original architectural features, notably old pine joinery, high corniced ceilings, windows with shutters, and fireplaces. Modern amenities include gas fired central heating, well appointed bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Standing in extensive, well tended landscaped gardens.

Walls and Roof
